Claire KOLLY

Claire’s background speaks for itself: 20+ years of experience in HR for MNCs, mostly in an international environment and/or teams. No doubt she knows about cultural differences and how to engage people in successful projects.

Leading complex transformation programs in multicultural environments led her to develop a strong ability to bridge perfectly what sometimes is perceived as opposites: business and human, empathy and efficiency, big picture and specific imperatives. 

She honed her craft through her many different experiences and by her constant drive to always add new tools to her skills box. Hence that is how in 2016 she embarked in getting trained to become an International Coach Federation accredited coach. Later she also got certified in Hogan  Leadership Assessment Suite, Gallup CliftonStrengths and Team Coaching. 

A strong believer in building sustainable change both at a micro and macro stage, “one change at a time”, she commits to ensure her missions do support and enable sustainable changes, propelling organizations and individuals to the next level.
