Charlene’s first career of 15+ years was as a Data-Tech Expert involved in consumer and machine data-driven projects, during which she honed strategic and leadership skills in industries such as Utilities and Energy, Telecommunication, Fuel Retail, Tourism, F&B, Casino Gaming, and Hospitality. 

As a Professional Coach - ICF and TRE® certified - Charlene thrives with her adaptability, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail, especially with leaders wanting to focus on dynamic human connections for increased performance and holistic success within their teams and for themselves. She empowers leaders with clarity and confidence, supporting them in overcoming burnout challenges and/or achieving well-deserved career advancements.

Charlene also designs and facilitates programs to develop high-performing teams ready to thrive in today’s competitive landscape. As such, the topics of such programs orbit around enhancing organizational performance, workplace collaboration, team dynamics, effective presentations, seamless communication, and overall employee well-being.
