Planting trees, SeeAre's corporate gift for our clients
SeeAre, a company composed of humans for humans, wanted to contribute to the good fight against climate change. We also wanted to express our gratitude for our client's trust in using our services to face some of their most challenging times. As a result, in 2021 we launched a gesture of appreciation by using the equivalent of 5% of the revenue generated from our loyal and new clients to plan trees via a UN initiative called Plant-for-the-planet.
Thanks to this initiative, we have planted 792 trees so far.
SeeAre Insight In - A 1-to-1 conversation with Carina Rogerio
Our initiative is to offer monthly 45 minutes in a private online setting to delve into current challenges or engage in a candid conversation with a seasoned professional.
With SeeAre Insight In, the idea is to offer a Human Library experience within a more dedicated approach, as an alternative to the panel session brought by SeeAre Insight Out (see 'Meet Us").
During these 45 minutes, one can ask Carina Rogerio, SeeAre's founder, any question.

FROM SEEING TO SUPPORTING
The world as we know it has changed tremendously over the last couple of years. First, a global pandemic shook the world and threw individuals and businesses into a deep pit of uncertainty and turbulence. In the midst of getting back on our feet and adapting to the new world order, political fragility, economic volatility and the Russian-Ukraine war have added another layer of instability and increased challenges for everyone around the world.
We, at SeeAre, are no exception to this situation. We have been persistently adapting to our clients’ needs to support them the best way possible during these very unusual times. We understand that especially in such times everyone needs someone who can help them with the overwhelm, identifying blindspots, thinking out of the box, navigating change and/or finding ways to overcome difficult situations. We drew inspiration from leaders like Nelson Mandela and Winston Churchill who soldiered on despite facing harsh challenges in their lives, and redefined what courage and resilience really means.
We also decided to go one step further. In such times, the amplified significance of our why has come alive with greater intensity:

And this is why we are going beyond “Seeing” to “Supporting” by extending a helping hand to our community in the form of the below initiatives.
